Frequently asked questions
What people ask us most before uploading the first file.
Is there a subscription?
No. Itineraries are bought one at a time, at US$ 5 each. There is no monthly or yearly charge.
What happens when I use the year's free itinerary?
You see it in My account before building the next one. You can wait for next year or buy one at US$ 5, which never expires.
Are regenerations paid separately?
No. The free one comes with 1 and the purchased one with 5, included. After the last one, the itinerary keeps being editable by hand.
I got the destination wrong, can I change it?
Within the first 3 days you can restart the itinerary once and start over with another destination. After that the destination is fixed and new blocks have to be in that city.
Are there refunds?
No. Generating an itinerary consumes content-generation credit, processing of your documents and storage, and that cost happens as soon as it is generated. That is why the restart within the first 3 days exists: it fixes a destination mistake without losing what you paid.
Do purchased itineraries expire?
No. The free one counts per calendar year; a purchased one stays available until you use it.
What happens to my files if I delete a trip?
The originals are deleted. What was already in the itinerary stays, with the citation of the file it came from.
