What we store, what we use it for, how long we keep it and how to ask us to erase it.
What we store
Your email address and, if you gave them, your name and picture. Your travel profile answers. The trips, days and blocks you build.
Also the IP address used at sign-up, so one person cannot open accounts in bulk and drain the free allowance, and a record of how much content was generated for your account.
The documents you upload
A ticket or a booking carries sensitive details. They are stored encrypted and used only to read the schedule out of them and to cite where each value came from.
They are erased on their own 90 days after the last day of the trip, and the text we extract is not kept.
What we use it for
To build your itinerary, to suggest things that match your profile and to warn you when something in your trip changes.
We do not sell your data, we do not hand it over for advertising and we do not build advertising profiles.
Who it is shared with
With the services this product needs to work: content generation, places and photos, routes and traffic, forecast, flight status, email, storage and billing. Each one receives the minimum it needs.
An outside company processes the charge and receives your payment directly. If you want to know which supplier runs each of those services today, write to us and we will tell you.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. Documents go earlier, on the window above.
Billing records are kept for as long as accounting law requires, even after you close the account.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or close the account. Write to us at hola@intiner.ar from the address on the account and we will do it.
Closing the account erases the trips and the documents. Billing records stay, without trip details, because the law requires keeping them.
Cookies
Only the session cookie, the one that keeps you signed in.
There is no advertising and no third-party tracking, so there is no cookie banner to accept either.
Minors
This service is not meant for people under 18, and we do not knowingly ask minors for their data.
Changes
If this changes, the date above changes, and we tell you by email when a change affects you.
Which services we use, one by one
We name them so you know who to claim from if the claim is about their data. Anthropic (United States): reads the documents you upload and drafts the itinerary. Google Maps Platform: places, addresses and coordinates, travel times between blocks, and weather forecast. AirLabs: live flight status. Resend: the emails we send you — the sign-in link and the reminders. PayPal: processes payments and receives your money directly; we never see your card. Vercel: hosts the application and stores the encrypted documents. Neon: the database. Wikimedia Commons: destination photos. OpenStreetMap: the map.
Each one receives only what it needs for its part, and none of them receives your data for advertising. If you want to exercise a right over what one of them holds, write to us and we'll tell you exactly what they have and where to write.
Deleting your account
You can delete it yourself, from My account, without asking us. Straight away you stop being able to sign in, open sessions are closed, and your trips stop existing for the product.
The data is fully erased after 180 days, and that's when the encrypted documents leave storage too. That window is not administrative delay: it's what allows answering a payment dispute or a claim after the account is gone, and what stops deleting and reopening from being a way to reset the free quota. During that time your email stays taken.
