Terms of service

Terms of service

This is what you agree to when you use Intiner.ar. It is short on purpose.

Last updated: 14 Sep 2026

01

What Intiner.ar is

Intiner.ar builds personalised travel itineraries. We read what you have already booked, ask about what is missing and build a day-by-day schedule.

We do not sell flights, stays or tickets, and we are not a travel agency. Whatever you book, you book it elsewhere; we put it in order.

02

Your account

An account is personal and opens with your email address. You are responsible for what happens from it, and you should tell us if you think someone else got in.

You must be 18 or older to hold a paid account.

03

One person, one account

Each person has one account. Aliases of the same address — dots or a `+tag` in Gmail, for example — are the same mailbox and sign into the same account; they don't open a new one. Opening accounts in a row to repeat the free itinerary for the year is abuse, and we treat it as such.

You can delete your account whenever you want, from My account. It goes with everything in it: your trips, their itineraries and the documents you uploaded. Your data is fully erased after 180 days; that window exists for security and for abuse of the system — it's what allows answering a payment dispute after the account is gone — and during that time your email stays taken. There are no refunds: anything bought and unused is lost with the account.

04

What you pay for

Every account builds one free itinerary per calendar year. The free one is fully editable and comes with 1 regeneration; it does not allow adding new blocks, sharing with a link, the map or attaching more documents.

Any other itinerary costs US$ 5, is paid once and is yours to keep: 5 regenerations, new blocks, the map, a link to share and documents. You can also pay for a free itinerary you already started, and it gets unlocked without losing anything you built. If you have a discount code, it applies at checkout and you see it in the price before paying.

05

How billing works

An outside company processes the charge. You can pay by card or with a processor account: we never see or store your payment details.

It is a single charge per itinerary: there is no subscription, no automatic renewal and nothing is charged for keeping an account open. There is no free trial either — the free itinerary of the year is not a trial, it is part of the product.

06

What you buy never expires

A bought itinerary stays in your account until you use it, with no deadline. Buy it this year and not use it, and it is still there next year.

And what you built is never taken away: itineraries, paid or free, stay complete and editable for as long as you have an account.

07

Restarting an itinerary

If you got the destination wrong, you can restart an itinerary once, within the first 3 days of creating it. Restarting deletes that itinerary — its days, its blocks and the documents you uploaded — and gives back whatever paid for it: the free itinerary for the year, or the one you bought. You start over with the right destination and without paying again.

Once only: neither the free one nor a purchased one restarts twice. Regenerations you already used don't come back, because they already happened. And after those 3 days there is no restart.

08

One itinerary is one trip

After those 3 days the itinerary's destination is fixed. You keep editing all of it — times, blocks, notes, whatever you need in order to travel — but it no longer becomes a different trip.

So you won't be able to add tickets, lodging or activities from a destination other than the one you set up. An itinerary is a trip, not an account you reuse trip after trip.

09

No refunds

There is no right to a refund: not full, not partial, not for changing your mind, not for having used little of what you bought. We do fix what is a billing error — a duplicate charge, one you didn't ask for, one caused by a problem on our side: write to us and we refund it. That is fixing a mistake, not a refund policy.

The reason is concrete: a purchased itinerary is used the moment you unlock or create it, and a generation that already ran cannot be undone. Since there is no subscription there is nothing to cancel either: not buying is all it takes to stop spending. What you do have, in case you got the destination wrong, is the 3-day restart window.

10

What to expect from an itinerary

An itinerary is built from what you upload and from outside services: places, routes, forecast and flight status. It can be wrong.

Always confirm times, dates and conditions with the airline, the property or whoever sold you the ticket before you travel. We are not liable for a missed flight, a misread booking or a change made by a supplier.

11

What the system produces, and whose responsibility it is

Intiner.ar does not write your itinerary: it is the system that connects what you upload with third-party services — among them an artificial intelligence model — and arranges what comes back. We are not responsible for the information those services return, nor for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in it. A time, an address, a price or a recommendation may be wrong, out of date, or simply not exist.

Nothing the product shows is professional advice — not travel, immigration, medical, legal or financial. Visa requirements, vaccinations, insurance and paperwork are defined by each country and change without notice: what we show is orientation, not a completed procedure.

12

Always check the official channel

Before you travel, and on any change, cancellation, delay or doubt, confirm with whoever provides the service: the airline, the accommodation, the activity operator, the consulate or your insurer. That channel is the only one that counts.

We are not responsible for costs, losses or missed trips that come from relying on what the product shows without checking it. We are the link between you and those services: a claim about data, a charge or a service from a third party goes to that third party, and the privacy policy lists every one we use so you know which.

13

Fair use

Only upload documents that are yours or that you were allowed to upload.

You may not resell the service, automate the use of an account or try to obtain other people's data.

14

What counts as abuse

Abuse is using one itinerary for more than one trip, opening accounts in a row to repeat the free itinerary for the year, sharing an account between several people to get around the quota, automating your use of the product, or reselling it.

Making a mistake is not abuse. Fixing times, changing blocks, regenerating within what your itinerary includes, or restarting it within the 3 days is normal use and nobody gets suspended for it. When there is abuse we write to you first; if it continues we can suspend the account, and in serious or repeated cases close it. A suspension does not create refunds.

15

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account used for any of the above, or one that opens accounts in bulk to dodge the free allowance.

A suspension or a closure does not create refunds: no itinerary is refundable, bought or free, and that does not change with how the account ends.

16

Changes

We may change prices or these conditions. We tell you by email before a change affects you.

A price change never applies to a period you already paid: it takes effect at the next renewal, and you can stop the renewal before that.

17

Governing law

These conditions are governed by Argentine law, and any dispute is settled by the courts of the City of Buenos Aires.

If you are a consumer, none of this removes rights your own country grants you.

Summary

One restart, within the first 3 days.
After that, the main destination is fixed.
New blocks have to belong to that destination.
No itinerary is refundable.
One email, one account: aliases with dots or + count as the same one.
Delete your account whenever; a minimal record stays 180 days.
Always verify times and requirements through official channels.
Encrypted files, access only with your session.

The summary does not replace the text: where they differ, each section is what counts.
