How it works
Three steps, and the trip stops being a list of open tabs.
Tell us how you travel
Five questions when you open the trip. The answers stay with that trip and explain every recommendation we make afterwards.
Profile step 1 of 5 · how do you eat?
This stays with the trip. Edit it later from its Profile tab.
Restart and destination
You have 3 days to restart. After that, the itinerary is tied to its destination.
It applies equally to the free itinerary and a purchased one. It is a single restart, meant to fix a mix-up when choosing the destination, not to reuse the same itinerary across several trips.
Restart, once
Within the first 3 days after creating it, you can restart it and start over with another destination. Its blocks and uploaded documents are deleted.
The destination is fixed
You keep editing everything: times, blocks, notes and documents. The only thing that does not change is the itinerary's main destination.
Documents follow the destination
If the ticket or hotel you upload is for another city, it does not go into this itinerary. We tell you right away and offer to open a new one.
Regenerations included
The free itinerary comes with 1 regeneration; the purchased one, 5. They are separate from the restart: regenerating rebuilds the schedule for the same destination. After the last one, you keep editing by hand without limit.
No itinerary is refundable, not even a purchased one on its own. Building one consumes content-generation credit that is paid at that moment and not recovered, plus the processing of the documents you upload and the storage of all of it in our database. That cost has already happened by the time the itinerary shows up on screen. That is why the restart exists: to fix a destination mistake within the first 3 days without losing what you paid.
